Booking Terms

1. What the deposit is

When you book a table through HuelvaVIP, you pay a deposit in advance by card to confirm your booking. Unless the venue states otherwise, the deposit amount is deducted from your total bill on the day of your reservation.

2. When your booking is considered confirmed

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment is successfully completed through Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation page and a receipt by email; keep both as proof of your booking.

3. If you need to cancel

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reserved time, we'll refund the full deposit amount. If you cancel later than that, the deposit is non-refundable, since the venue holds that table exclusively for you during that time slot.

4. If you don't show up

If you don't attend your booking without cancelling it beforehand, the deposit is also non-refundable, for the same reason: the venue reserves the table for you and loses the chance to offer it to another customer during that time slot.

5. Changes to date, time or party size

If you need to change your booking, contact us on WhatsApp as far in advance as possible, stating your name and the original booking details. Any change is subject to the venue's availability at the new requested date or time.

6. If the venue can't honour your booking

If the venue cancels your booking or can't attend to you for reasons not attributable to you, we'll refund the full deposit amount and, if possible, offer you an alternative.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

Write to us on WhatsApp or at info@huelvavip.com stating the venue, the date and time of your booking, and the name under which it was made. If a refund applies, Stripe will return it to the same card; it usually takes between 5 a 10 días hábiles to show up on your account.

8. Right of withdrawal

Please note that, under Spanish consumer protection law, hospitality and leisure services tied to a specific date or time — such as a table booking — are generally excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal that does apply to other online purchases. This does not affect your right to cancel under the terms described in point 3.

9. Acceptance

By paying the deposit for your booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these Booking Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
